Up Down Boy – The Salisbury Playhouse

Yesterday was my second visit to The Salisbury playhouse for work. I was there to photograph a show called Up Down Boy by Sue Shields. The play was inspired by the extraordinary life of a boy with Down’s Syndrome, and his mother’s humorous and idiosyncratic perspective on bringing him up. The central character of the play is played by Nathan Bessell who draws on his own life experiences.
Nathan was brilliant and certainly not camera shy. It was a wonderful production and if you get a chance i recommend seeing it. For more information on the play Click here
